At London Inspired Perfumes, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes and creams. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• The product must not be damaged or tampered with
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes and creams, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

• Gift cards (if applicable)
