Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after cut-off time (e.g. 2 PM GMT) will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery times: 5–15 business days (depending on destination)
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • High demand periods

London Inspired Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, but we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
